Meet David

All my life, I have been passionate about people.

Whether in the business world or ministry, my goal has been to help people around me achieve their goals and to grow personally. People use words like leader, mentor, encourager, and coach to describe me. I am also known for my love of coffee and at times, an irresistible pull to glazed sour cream donuts!

I have spent many years in the business world, 30 years as a Pastor in churches of various sizes coaching individuals and teams. I have been formally coaching since 2015 and have 64 hours of coach specific training and my International Coach Federation ACC credential.

Throughout my years, I have also performed a variety of consulting with non-profits and churches. I bring life experience and education in leadership, team building, staff development, conflict management, and strategic planning that inform my coaching. I have earned a B.A. in Anthropology, M.S. in Business Organizational Management, and theological degrees that include a Master of Divinity (M. Div.), and Doctor of Ministry (D. Min.).
