Coaching Options
THE PATHWAY 10
Ten sessions over the course of one year, as needed.For people who desire an ongoing coaching relationship in which we journey and work together to help you realize your potential and make strides toward achieving your goals, vision, or dreams. Included with the sessions are:
Break Forth Conversations (1-2): Complimentary calls to determine exactly where you want to go and what you want to achieve before beginning the formal coaching relationship.
Power Coaching: An email exchange between sessions is available if needed.
Learning Moments: I will send you motivational, inspirational and helpful communications or resources between sessions and beyond.
THE POWER 5
Five sessions over a period of 100 days. We will focus on the results you want to achieve. Working together, you will accomplish what needs to be done to achieve your goal or vision. Included in the sessions are:
Break Forth Conversations (1-2): Complimentary calls to determine exactly where you want to go and what you want to achieve before beginning the formal coaching relationship.
Power Coaching: Two email exchanges between sessions are available if needed.
Learning Moments: I will send you motivational, inspirational and helpful communications or resources between sessions.
TEAM COACHING
Team coaching is all about alignment and achieving synergy for team development, growth of individual team members, and higher output and more excellent results. Every leader has desires and goals for their team. Every team leader and every team has room to grow in their capacity and productivity. I am passionate about working intentionally with you as a team leader and your team to help you reach your potential and achieve higher productivity and growth.

About David
All my life, I have been passionate about people. Whether in the business world or ministry, my goal has been to help people around me achieve their goals and to grow personally. People use words like leader, mentor, encourager, and coach to describe me. I am also known for my love of coffee and at times, an irresistible pull to glazed sour cream donuts!
